1) This is an application for intervention by the first informant Shri. Satish S. Gaichor in CR No.503 of 2017 registered with Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai. 2) For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a).

3) The applicant in ABA No.2198 of 2017 is directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from
