The contempt petition is filed for willful disobedience of order dated 5 January 2023. The order directed respondent No.1 to complete all formalities, if any remained to complete the transfer.

Respondent No.1 has filed reply stating that the respondent No.1 has passed a resolution on 7 March 2024 that the petitioner' s application for grant of membership has been allowed.

Since the order dated 5 January 2023 has been substantially complied with, it is not necessary to proceed with the contempt petition.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. 5.

Needless to state that the petitioner'
