This is an application for bail filed by the Applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that the Applicant has pleaded guilty of the crime before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai and therefore, by an Order dated 16.12.2017, the Trial Court was pleased to convict him from the said offence and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 1 year. A report dated 18.01.2018 is produced on record.

In view of this, the present application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
