The Petition stands dismissed of as withdrawn. 3.

However, the handwriting expert to whom the reference is made in relation to the verification of the signature on the Agreement dated 10/12/2008, it is directed that opinion shall be submitted before the Court below within a period of six months from today. 4.

In case the if the Report of the handwriting expert is in favour of the Petitioner, liberty to approach afresh.
