After hearing both the parties, this Court was about to reject the Bail Application, at that time, the learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that he wants to withdraw this Bail Application and file fresh Bail Application before the learned Sessions Judge after filing the charge sheet and not before that. Hence, the learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to withdraw the Bail Application.
