Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

The learned counsel Mr. Naved Choudhary appearing for the Applicant submits that the notice issued to the Respondent No.3 is returned unserved with bailiff's remark "incomplete address". He submits that now he has received completed address of the Respondent No.3. He submits that by this application the Applicant seeks liberty to serve the Respondent No.3 at his present current address.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, I satisfy that the Applicant has made out a case. Hence the following lgc

The Registry is directed to issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.3 in Contempt Petition No.252 of 2010 at his present correct address as set out in the cause title.
