In pursuance of Order dated 23.01.2022, the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 have produced the corpus namely Ms. Ankita Shivchand Pal before this Court. She has been identified by the Advocate for Petitioner, so also by the Petitioner No.1, who is personally present in the Court. 2.

We have interviewed the corpus namely Ms. Ankita Shivchand Pal. She submitted that, she is aged about 19 years and is desirous to stay with her parents i.e. her father - Respondent No.2 and her brother-Respondent No.3.

In view of above, present Petition for habeas corps does not further survive.
