By an order dated 29th September, 2014, the learned counsel appearing on behalf on behalf of Respondent No.9 had made a statement that Respondent No.3 would reconsider the complaint made by the Petitioner and, thereafter, pass a fresh order. This Court had directed Respondent No.9 to pass a fresh order after recording the reasons while

2/2 PIL 12 of 2014 disposing of the complaint. Thereafter, the Petitioner has not appeared before us. It is obvious that the Petitioner is not keen in pursuing this PIL.
