This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 25.10.2016 passed by the learned District Judge at Satara in Regular Civil Appeal No. 168 of 2013.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The record discloses that there is a connected Second Appeal No. 333 of 2017 Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

1 cas 1735-19 filed by the original plaintiffs against the said judgment and decree. The said appeal has already been admitted by this Court. 3.

Considering the over all circumstances and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 4.

The delay is condoned.
