The applicant's previous application for suspension of sentences was rejected by this Court by an order dated 16th June 2015 (Criminal Application No.442/15) (Coram : A.R.Joshi,J). After hearing Mr.Khamkar and after going through the evidence of the injured victim who is the wife of the applicant, I do not think that the question of suspension of the sentences imposed upon the applicant, deserves reconsideration. The applicant can renew his prayer for suspension of sentences if the Appeal is not heard within a reasonable time.

Liberty to the applicant to renew the prayer for suspension of sentences if the Appeal is not taken up for final hearing within a period of six months from today. Liberty to the applicant to apply for getting a date of the final hearing of the Appeal, fixed.
