Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned Sr.counsel for the respondent filed application dated 9.1.2017 on behalf of respondent no.2, Aditya Kumar Bajoria.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel for the respondent no.2 and the reasons disclosed in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of Mohite 1/2

6 canst568-17 prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to cancel Bailable Warrant issued against Respondent No.2 abovenamed - (Applicant herein) on 22nd December, 2016."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

C) Applicant to register the Civil Application during the course of the day.
