This Civil Application is preferred by the Original Claimant, seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the concerned Tribunal.

As the Appeal is preferred on the ground of negligence and also on the quantum of compensation, considering the requirement of the Applicant, who has injured in the accident and incurred medical expenses, he is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the concerned Tribunal, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
