2) Perused the order passed by the Court of Sessions on 10th December, 2022, whereby the pre-arrest ball came to be granted to the respondent - accused, in connection with CR No. 377 of 2022, registered with Andheri Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It appears, the learned Additional Sessions Judge has correctly exercised the discretion to grant pre-arrest bail. 4) No case is made out for entertaining the application for cancellation.

5) The application stands rejected.
