Mr. Bhavke, learned counsel for petitioner in both these petitions seeks liberty to delete respondents no. 6 and 7 from the title cause of the petitions.

Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-veriAcation is dispensed with.

Rule is made returnable.
Learned AGP waives service on behalf of respondents. By consent of the parties, petitions are heard Anally and disposed of by a common order.

Petitioner in writ petition no. 7369/21 was appointed as Shikshan Sevak with effect from 2nd November 2015 whereas petitioner in writ petition no. 7385/21 was appointed as Shikshan Sevak with effect from 18th July 2012. The Education OfAcer has already granted approval to both these appointments on 2nd March 2021. The Deputy Director of Education, however, not entered the name of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali till date.

We accordingly direct the Deputy Director of Education to enter the name of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali in furtherance of the order of approval already granted by the Education OfAcer, within four weeks from today and shall release the consequential dues in favour of the petitioners from the date of initial appointments as Shikshan Sevak, within four
weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is allowed in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Rule is made absolute.
