This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing No.474/2014 for offences punishable under Section 143,147, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Naupada Police Station, Thane. Perusal of the complaint, prima facie reveals commission of cognizable offences against the petitioners, hence we are inclined to quash the F.I.R.

Be that as it may, learned APP for the State has submitted that the charge-sheet is presented, but it is not numbered. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) 2/2
