By the impugned order, the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune rejected application filed by the present petitioner for condonation of delay of 12 years in filing Revision Application against the order passed by the learned Additional Collector dated 30 April 2001. 2.

I have perused the averments made by the Petitioner in the application for condonation of delay. According to the petitioner, his father who expired on 20 November 2007 was looking after the court matters. Even if it is accepted still it is not understood as to why no revision was filed by the father of the Petitioner during his life time as he was alive for about 6 years after the passing of the order by the learned Additional Collector dated 30 April 2001. No interference is thus called for in the impugned order. The Petition is dismissed.
