Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioners have filed these petitions annexing only revenue extract which is obtained in the year 2023 and a legal notice issued by the Advocate for the Petitioners and there is no other documentation. The cause of action for the Petitioners is stated to be of the year 1972.

The petitions are completely bereft of any details and on the basis of such petitions, the relief cannot be considered. If the Petitioners file the petition with necessary particulars and records, then it is open to the Petitioners to do so provided the petition is filed in reasonable time. The aspect of delay and laches are kept open.
