By these applications, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 10th September, 2018 by which the Criminal Writ Petition No.401 of 2014 and Criminal Writ Petition No.1477 of 2003 were dismissed for non prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the application and in particular in paragraphs 3 and 4, the order dated 10th September, 2018 is recalled and the Petitions being Criminal Writ Petition No.401 of 2014 and Criminal Writ Petition No.1477 of 2003 are restored back to its original file along with interim relief. 4.

The applications are accordingly disposed of. Delay, if any, is condoned.

Criminal Writ Petition No.401 of 2014 and Criminal Writ Petition No.1477 of 2003 to be added to the final hearing board at its appropriate place in the week commencing from 6th January, 2020.
