Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the Petition, we dispose 1/2

21. wp 1157.18.doc of this Petition by directing the respondent/Competent Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application Exhibit 'B' after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before the respondent/Competent Authority. The petitioners to appear before the office of respondent on 17/04/2018 at 3.00 p.m..
