The learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He submits that as the applicant is in jail for more than one year, the hearing of trial be expedited.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than one year, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the trial, as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the trial is not concluded within stipulated period, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the competent Court. 3.
