Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek the following substantive prayer:- "i.

The Applicants may be granted extension of time to furnish surety for a period of 8 weeks on any terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Perused the papers. The Applicants' sentence was

12. Cri. IA No. 105-2021.doc suspended and they were enlarged on bail vide order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cri. B. A. No. 959 of 2019 filed in the aforesaid Application. The Applicants vide the said order were released on cash surety of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of eight weeks, within which the Applicants were to furnish bail. It appears that as the Applicants could not furnish bail within eight weeks, as directed by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2020, the Applicants filed an Application and sought extension of time of eight weeks to submit P. R. / S. B. Bond as directed vide order dated 03.07.2020. This Court vide order dated 04.09.2020 granted eight weeks time to the Applicant to comply with the order dated 03.07.2020. This is the second extension sought by the Applicants. By way of indulgence and last chance, time is extended by a period of eight weeks to enable the Applicants to comply with the order dated 03.07.2020. 4.

The Application is allowed and disposed of.
