This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 154 days caused in filing the Criminal Appeal. Applicant is aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 22nd May, 2023 passed in Special Case (POCSO) No.219 of 2020. Since there is no one to handover the documents to the Advocate some time is taken into making the arrangement. 2.
