The Consent Terms is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is signed by the Appellant and Respondents' authorized signatory including their respective Advocates. 4.

The Appellant, who is present in the Court has received all the payments. In view of this, the Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
