The learned Counsel for the appellant states that she does not want to proceed with the appeal as against the respondent nos.1 and 2 and seeks leave to delete their names. Leave granted. Cause title to be amended accordingly.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 have not contested the appeal despite due service.

The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 6 days in Salgaonkar

In my considered view, sufficient cause is shown for condoning the delay of 6 days in filing the appeal. Hence, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.

Issue notice to respondent nos.3 and 4, returnable on 6.12.2019.
