The petition is by person who has already sold the property in favour of third party and the transaction relating to Inam property prima facie appears to have been regularized. The petitioner has sold the landed property and received the amount of consideration, however he is impeaching the said transaction on the gound of alleged procedural infractions. In exercise of the extraordinary jurisdiction exercisable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for. Petition is devoid of substance, hence stands rejected. (V.L.
