The above matter is placed on board for speaking to the minutes of order dated 17th January, 2018. It is submitted that the appearance of the learned advocate for the petitioner is incorrectly recorded as "Mr. A. S. Desai" instead of "Mr.A. A. Desai". Thus, the name of the advocate for the petitioner be substituted and read as "Mr. A. A. Desai".

It is also submitted that notice for payment towards assessment tax was issued for the year "2015-2016 to 2016-2017". However, in the last line of the first paragraph of the said order, it has been wrongly transcribed as "2015-2016 and 2016-2017". Thus, the word "and" therein be substituted by the word "to" and it be read as "2015-2016 to 2016-2017".

The order dated 17th January, 2018, stands corrected accordingly.
