It is informed by Mr. Patil that in view of the decision dated 30 June, 2023, a copy of which is placed on record, taken by the Office of District Collector (Rehabilitation Division), Pune, further adjudication of the Contempt Petition is not called for and it can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the decision dated 30 June, 2023. 2.

We accept the statement as made by Mr. Patil. We dispose of this Contempt Petition with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions of the parties on the decision dated 30 June, 2023 are expressly kept open.
