Respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, is present before us through Video Conferencing. We are not at all satisfied with the explanation given by him for not complying with our Order dated 3 rd August, 2021. However, only because Respondent No.2 states that he will comply with the Order dated 3 rd August, 2021 by commencing hearing on and from 19 th January, 2022, we accept his statement and direct him to comply with the said Order within a period of four weeks from today. It is clarified that no further extension shall be granted. 2.
