The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that after obtaining fresh consent, Petitioner will submit a fresh Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under DCR 33(10) to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Pune. The statement is accepted. In the event of the Petitioner submitting a fresh scheme/application alongwith fresh Letters of Consent and if the same is found in order, SRA, Pune shall commence the scrutiny of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such scheme/application. 2.

As far as the challenge to the Notification dated 20th December, 2010 is concerned, the grounds raised in the Petition are kept open and the Petitioner will be entitled to file a fresh Petition challenging the said Notification if so advised. SSP 1/2
