Respondent No.5 is directed to decide the proposal sent to him by Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner to the post of Peon, in accordance with law, and at the earlier, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

We further direct that in case approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is granted, we direct Respondent Nos. 4 to allot Shalarth ID to the Petitioner without any further delay. 5.

Rule is discharged. No costs.
