This Civil Application is for restoration of the Petition which stands dismissed by virtue of the self-operative order dated 23rd August, 2018, passed by Registrar (Judl.-I), as the Petitioner did not remove the office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b), which reads as follows:
