Learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the complainant tendered the consent terms and submitted that parties have settled the dispute in terms of the consent terms. The same are taken on record. 2.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. Hence the following order.

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No. 0697/2022 registered with the Agripada Police Station, the applicants shall be released on 1/2

Diksha Rane 920. ABA 55-23.doc bail on furnishing P.R. Bonds to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station as and when called and co-operate with the investigation.

(d) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofocer and shall not tamper with evidence.

(e) The applicants shall furnish the details of their residential addresses and phone numbers to the investigating ofocer.

(f) Afodavit/consent terms are treated as an undertaking to this court and the terms mentioned therein will be abided by the parties. In case, there is any breach of any of the conditions, liberty to apply for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
