ORDER

(i) The appeal is partly allowed.

(ii) The Judgment and Order of conviction dated 4/12/1995 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Pune against the appellant is hereby maintained. However, sentence is modified. The appellant is sentenced to the period already undergone.
