Learned AGP has placed on record a letter dated 11-06-2018 which sets out the Policy decision dated 10-04-2018 taken by the Cabinet SubCommittee in respect of regularization of illegal or double allotment. The said letter dated 11-06-2018 is taken on record and marked "X". 2.

In view of the aforesaid Policy decision, the impugned order dated 28-12-2015 would not survive. The Petition shall, accordingly, stand disposed of.

3. The Petitioner may now apply to the competent authority for regularization, if so advised.
