This petition challenging the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 16 September 2019. Original application was already disposed of on 4 June 2019 whereby three months time was granted to the State to complete enquiry and pass final order. The Petitioner- State had sought extension of time for the conclusion of the enquiry. Though the prayer was made for three months time, by the impugned order fifteen days time was granted to complete the enquiry stating that no further time will be granted. The petition is filed on 9 January 2019 i.e. almost after three moths from the order itself. Therefore, when the petition was

skn 2 31-WP-493.2020.doc filed, time of three months as per their original prayer was already over. Thereafter the petition has remained pending. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions from Mr.Atul Dhanke, Assistant Director, states that all enquiries are over and final orders are passed in the month of January 2021 itself. Writ petition is disposed of.
