The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition and for condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Application. The above Petition has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the Advocate on 7-8-2016. The reasons for the non appearance of the Advocate are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 Mr. Khaladkar opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. List the above Writ Petition along with Writ Petition No.4285 of 2012 on 29-6-2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
