DATED : 11th OCTOBER, 2018 P.C:- Writ Petition is filed through jail seeking shifting of the petitioner to another prison. Mr.Shaikh, learned APP place on record communication dated 8th October 2018 issued by Superintendent of Police, Kolhapur Central Jail. The communication shows that the petitioner has been released since he has already undergone the sentence.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the petition. The same is dismissed.

Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.
