The Minutes of Order are signed by the respective advocates. The Respondent No.1 is present in Court and states that he has been explained the contents of the Minutes of Order by the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6.

Accordingly, there shall be an order in terms of the Minutes of Order dated 21st February, 2020.

Undertakings given in Minutes of Order are accepted. Parties to comply with the respective undertakings set out in the Minutes of Order. Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Learned Counsel Mr. Ingale undertakes to file his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5, within two weeks from today. The same to be filed in the Registry, within two weeks from today.
