1] The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai has submitted a report dated 23.3.2018 stating therein that, C.B.I., EOW, Mumbao has submitted a report of execution of bailable warrant against the respondent No.1. That the respondent No.1 is reported to have been died on 1.4.2009. A death certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (National Territory of Delhi) dated 11.12.2010 is annexed thereto. The resepondent No.2 is the proprietary concern of the respondent No.1. 2] In view of the demise of the respondent No.1, the present appeal does not survive and stands abated.

3] Appeal is disposed off as abated.
