The applicant submits that this Court by order dated

Rane 2/2 CAW-277-2018 (SR. 6) Sept 28, 2018 27th July, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 7932 of 2017 directed the Secretary for Department of Co-operation to look into the petitioner's grievances and take decisions within three months from the date of the order. Mrs. Bhende, the Learned AGP, for the applicant submits that the concerned Secretary passed an order on 26th February, 2018. Hence the delay in complying the said order be condoned. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the Civil application, the Civil Application is allowed. 4.

The delay in complying with the order dated 27th July, 2017 is condoned.
