This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 30/06/2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No. 504 of 2013, thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under section 366 (A), 372, 373 r/w section 34 of Indian Penal Code and sections 4, 5, 7 & 9 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. The delay is of 45 days.
