Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. 2.

In view of the averments made in the application, a copy of the Report of inquiry will have to be provided to the applicant. As far as the challenge to the notice of eviction is concerned, the applicant will have to adopt appropriate proceedings according to law.

No other relief can be granted in this application filed in the PIL. Accordingly, we dispose of this application by passing the following order:

APPI.CR.12.2016CR.PIL.2.2012(8) (i) We direct the Registrar (Judicial-I) to provide a copy of the report of inquiry dated 31st October, 2015 submitted by the Committee of the Hon'ble Shri Justice J.A. Patil (Retired) subject to payment of copying charges; (ii) We grant liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate proceedings according to law for challenging the action of the State Government;
