This is the second Bail Application preferred by the Applicant. It appears that till date, 11 witnesses have been examined and 10 more witnesses are to be examined.

Considering that the trial has already commenced and is in the midst, it would not be appropriate to consider this Application. Since the Applicant is in custody since 2016 and 11 witnesses are examined till date and 10 more witnesses are to be examined, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
