Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR No.377 of 2016. Petitioner No.1 is present with his Advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with her Advocate. A joint affidavit is also tendered on record on 6 December 2018.

Consent terms arrived at between parties are verified by Civil Judge, Senior Division Thane, in O.M.A. No.87 of 2016 in proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

As per Consent terms parties have already applied for grant of divorce by mutual consent.

Respondent No.2 present in Court also gives no objection for quashing of criminal proceedings. 5.

Accordingly, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
