This petition is rendered infructuous.

The petition challenges the refusal of the Trial Court, to grant injunctive relief, which is confirmed in Appeal. 3.

While the writ petition is filed on 07.01.2022 challenging the order of the learned Appellate Court dated 28.09.2021, much prior to the filing of the petition the suit itself is dismissed vide order dated 09.11.2021.
