The Applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner. By the above Interim Application, the Applicants have prayed for the following reliefs :- "(a) That the Applicants may be permitted to bring on record the names of legal heirs i.e. Petitioners 1(a) to 1(e-3) of the sole Petitioner "Late Madhukar Mate" as legal heirs and representative/successor of deceased sole Petitioner. (b) That the Applicants may be permitted to bring on record the names of legal heirs of the Late Vasant Madhukar Mate (being legal heir 1-e of sole Petitioner Madhukar Mate) as a legal representative/successor of Late Vasant Madhukar Mate.
