DATE: 15 JANUARY 2015 P.C. :- 1] This petition is directed against the show cause notice dated 2 January 2015 issued by the Assistant Conservator of Forest, Region-1. The apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in case any adverse order is made against the petitioner, it is likely that the same will be executed with undue haste, thereby depriving the petitioner of any opportunity for judicial redress.

2] Although there is no basis for such apprehension, nevertheless it is directed that in case any adverse order is made against the petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the same at the address indicated in the cause title to this petition. The 1/2

skc P10-WP-540-15 petitioner shall file a memo of address before the Assistant Conservator of Forest, so that there is no dispute with regard to communication of the order that may be passed. The Assistant Conservator of Forest is also at liberty to fix a date for pronouncement of the order, so that there are no issues with regard to communication of the same. All contentions of all the parties are left open as this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits or demerits of the matter.

3] With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. 4] Parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
