The Petitioner has approached this Court alleging breach of the order dated 9th October 2018 passed in above writ petition on the part of Respondent No.2. By the said order, Respondent No.2 was directed to decide the Petitioner's tribe claim latest by 31st December 2018. Thereafter the said committee had taken out a civil application bearing Civil Application st. No.10806 of 2019 for extension of time to decide the Petitioner's tribe claim. By the order passed today in the said civil application, we have extended time to decide the Petitioner's tribe claim by three months. In that view of the matter, the present contempt petition will not survive and the same is therefore dismissed.
