This appeal is filed against the order dated 3.12.2013 whereby the learned District Judge mentioned that the matter was not within the jurisdiction of the Court and the decree is not challenged and, therefore, the application for injunction cannot be entertained. The learned Counsel for the appellant is unable to satisfy how this appeal against order is maintainable as per Order 43 of the C.P.C.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
