Having heard Mr. Oak, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Pitale, the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide Petitioner's applications /representations dated 21.9.2013, copies of which are annexed at page 73 and 74 respectively, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
